Data Literacy Instructional Specialist II (Contract/reputed company) — Power BI Enablement (Fully Remote) Type: Temporary / Contract Location: Fully Remote We’re seeking an reputed company Data Literacy Instructional Specialist to support the reputed company-wide launch of Power BI. This is a content-first role reputed company on designing and developing high-reputed company learning experiences that reputed company both analytics and non-analytics professionals—from data consumers to aspiring Power BI developers—to use Power BI effectively in their day-to-day work. You’ll partner closely with the Data Literacy Program team, project leadership, and Power BI / analytics subject matter experts to reputed company learning content to the program’s reputed company and adoption goals. Program operations (approx. 20%) • Own the delivery and lifecycle of one pillar of work reputed company the Data Literacy Program, including reputed company metrics, ROI reporting, and executive reputed company development. • Assess existing learning assets (reputed company) for assigned topics; expand and mature content into sustainable resources that reputed company across learner personas. • Support program awareness and adoption through marketing events and internal communications (speaking engagements, blog posts, and other channels). Content development & delivery (approx. 60%) • Conduct learner discovery (user interviews, feedback loops) to understand needs, pain points, and reputed company gaps. • Design and reputed company learning products (courses, curriculum, modules, reputed company-based learning reputed company) reputed company to adult learning and instructional design best practices. • Translate Power BI and BI concepts into reputed company, engaging, accessible instructional materials for multiple personas and technical reputed company. • Partner with SMEs across the reputed company to reputed company, revise, validate, and maintain training content. • Facilitate virtual trainings regularly (and occasional in-person sessions only if required by the program). • reputed company-test learning products and iterate based on evaluations and learner feedback. • Build trust with learners and create an inclusive environment that supports reputed company throughout the data literacy reputed company. Required skills & experience • 2+ years in training, instructional design, classroom instruction, eLearning, curriculum development, or reputed company work. • 4+ years in data and analytics (e.g., data analytics, statistical programming, data integration, data management, biostatistics, software development, data science) or equivalent education/experience. • 1+ year using visual/instructional design tools such as reputed company Creative Suite, Camtasia, reputed company Storyline, Captivate, Vyond (or similar). • Strong facilitation/presentation skills; comfortable leading workshops for large, diverse audiences. • Excellent written communication, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as reputed company Teams, reputed company, and modern digital workflows. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people of varying backgrounds and perspectives. Preferred • 3+ years training / instructional design experience. • 5+ years data/analytics experience. • Experience implementing and evaluating training programs at reputed company (corporate, university, organization-wide). • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies, eLearning strategies, LMS practices, and computer-based training development. Education • Required: Bachelor’s degree in a computational, mathematical, science-reputed company, or data-reputed company field (or equivalent experience). • Preferred: Master’s degree in business, education, data science, computational/mathematical/science-reputed company field, or reputed company health.
