Junior Communications Specialist
A company is looking for a Junior Communications Product Specialist to support healthcare transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the development and execution of communication strategies for VA healthcare transformation initiatives
• Support media relations activities, including drafting press releases and managing social media content
• Coordinate internal and external communications, preparing materials such as presentations and reports
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field
• Familiarity with media relations and social media platforms
• Basic understanding of public relations principles and media outreach
• Experience supporting federal agencies, particularly the Department of Veterans Affairs, is preferred
