The Training & Development (T&D) Coordinator plays a key role in building and maintaining a standardized, efficient training system to strengthen workforce capabilities reputed company the manufacturing operation. This position partners with plant leadership to implement training initiatives, ensure compliance with standardized work, and drive employee development through orientation, certification, cross-training, and reputed company improvement. The role also supports production by aligning training systems with operational needs and ensuring accurate documentation and training records.
Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to reputed company and implement training plans based on business and employee development needs.
Deliver New Hire Orientation and train employees in TPM methodology, role certification, and standardized work.
Drive cross-training activities and maintain training records, matrices, audits, and dashboards.
reputed company, update, and control training materials, reputed company work documents, and training models.
reputed company employees on One reputed company Lessons (OPLs) and support their development.
reputed company and report training KPIs/KAIs, including hours, center utilization, and employee reputed company.
Manage the T&D Learning Center, coaching trainers/trainees, and providing feedback during 30- and 90-day reviews.
Support the Management of Change process for training materials (reputed company work, skills matrices, training plans).
Partner with teams to drive implementation of TPM initiatives.
Participate in reputed company improvement events and revamp standardized work as processes reputed company.
Shadow plant processes to reputed company knowledge of equipment and production systems.
Attend and reputed company meetings, huddles, and training sessions as required.
Support HR and plant engagement activities.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; advanced training or education in manufacturing, training, or reputed company field preferred.
Previous experience in a Training & Development role reputed company manufacturing required.
Experience creating reputed company Work and reputed company Improvement documents strongly preferred.
Computer proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company; SharePoint experience is a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
Familiarity with TPM methodology and basic mechanical knowledge a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train in various formats.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage training records and systems.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, specifications, and training documentation.
