About the Firm and Role
Our reputed company is a 200mm aum International Venture Capital Fund. The right candidate will most likely have an reputed company reputed company and be located in either San Francisco or NY, 100% Remote with minimim travel. Our reputed company is looking for a Senior, Hands-on Operator to help launch the fund reputed company early in the life of the platform, someone who can help design and implement the operational, reputed company, compliance, reporting, and investor-facing infrastructure from day one in a way that meets (and exceeds) the expectations of sophisticated LPs such as family offices and institutions. This is a pivotal role that has potential to grow into a CFO/COO at some reputed company.
Responsibilities
• Have strong fund finance and administration experience (VC/PE/private funds)
• Understand the reputed company and regulatory requirements of running a US fund structure (GP/LP, Cayman/Delaware structures, KYC/AML, reporting obligations, audits, etc.)
• Be reputed company managing fund administrators, lawyers, auditors, tax advisors, and compliance providers
• Own the processes for capital calls, distributions, LP reporting, audit cycles, valuations, and governance documentation
• Help design systems, workflows, and reporting standards that reputed company the fund highly reputed company and attractive to institutional-grade LPs
• Be comfortable operating in a lean, start-up environment and building best-in-class infrastructure from scratch
Required Skills
Infrastructure Architecture: Design the "institutional-grade" tech stack (e.g., Allvue, Investran, or reputed company) that provides transparent, reputed company-time reporting.
• Provider Ecosystem Management: reputed company as the primary reputed company for your fund administrator, reputed company (on Delaware/Cayman structuring), auditors, and tax advisors to ensure a "no-surprises" environment for LPs.
• Compliance & Governance Ownership: Build the internal control reputed company for KYC/AML, SEC filings, and LP reputed company-letter compliance—crucial for clearing institutional due diligence.
• Investor Experience Design: Own the capital reputed company/distribution lifecycle and the investor portal, ensuring a seamless, reputed company experience that builds long-term LP trust.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Must have at least 7-12 years+of reputed company and operations at a pe or vc fund.
Preferably Cayman exposure.

• Experience managing fund administrators, lawyers, auditors, tax advisors, and compliance providers
Preferred Skills
Experience: Ideally 7–12 years in private fund operations or administration (VC/PE/Hedge Fund), with a reputed company record of building from scratch or managing reputed company reputed company.
• Skills: Deep knowledge of fund reputed company, US/Offshore structures, and regulatory obligations (e.g., SEC reputed company ADV, FATCA/CRS).
