Role reputed company This is a contract and remote role for a General Partner (Strategic Fund Partnership) at LemVega Capital. The General Partner will reputed company strategic fund partnerships, drive capital raising efforts, and help structure and review private placement offerings. Responsibilities include managing investor relationships, identifying investment opportunities, staying compliant with regulatory standards, and collaborating with the internal investment and compliance teams to ensure successful fund operations. Qualifications • Expertise in strategic fund partnerships, investment structuring, and capital raising • Strong skills in financial analysis, market analytics, and risk management • Excellent relationship management and communication abilities, with experience cultivating investor networks • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance, particularly reputed company SEC, reputed company, CFTC, and other global financial bodies • Strong reputed company record of leadership and decision-making in investment management and fund operations • Ability to work effectively in a remote and reputed company environment • Preferred: Prior experience in private equity, venture capital, or alternative investments • MBA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are highly advantageous Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
