Responsibilities • Own end-to-end post-production for high-performing YouTube content, from ingest and assembly through final delivery • Shape compelling narratives through pacing, structure, music, graphics, and sound design to maximize retention and watch time • Collaborate with producers, creators, and stakeholders to refine concepts and translate creative vision into finished edits • Execute precise, efficient workflows across multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines • Apply platform-specific editing strategies, trends, and formats optimized for YouTube performance • Incorporate analytics and performance insights to inform editorial decisions and improve future content • Maintain uncompromising quality standards aligned with the channel’s creative vision and brand Qualifications • Extensive experience editing top-tier YouTube programming or digital content that resonates in today’s culture • Exceptional storytelling instincts paired with a strong storytelling sensibility • Deep fluency in YouTube formats, trends, performance drivers, and audience behavior • Advanced proficiency in professional editing tools and post-production workflows • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to execute at a high level under tight timelines Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
