The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical and data entry support to the Benefit Development and Backing team, which is part of the arenaflex Choice Help Group. This cross-functional role will involve collaborating with various key capabilities, including Sales, Field Operations, Product Development Management (PGM), Finance, reputed company Planning, Marketing, and more. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct reputed company- and post-analysis of customer programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing reputed company to support business decision-making
- Investigate the performance of different reputed company drives using a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing)
- Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models

- Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify opportunities or gaps that the project needs to consider or address

Essential Qualifications

- Management Consulting or Engineering experience is highly preferred
