We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry and Application Development Specialist to join our Customer Service (CS) Learning and Development (L&D) team. This role will be responsible for managing the learning needs of our outsourced reputed company centers, developing effective training programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning, and program management, with excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Outline, document, and maintain the scope of reputed company local L&D reputed company, create and reputed company project plans, and reputed company trusting partnerships with outsourced reputed company center partners.
• Learning Content Development: Conduct gap analysis, reputed company training curriculum, and create solutions (e.g., instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, reputed company) that offer relevant, challenging, and effective learning experiences.

Essential Qualifications
