Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Analyst, Content Valuation and Analytics to join our team. As a key member of the Content Valuation & Analytics team, you will play a vital role in preparing valuations and delivering critical analytic insights for all arenaflex content. This is a hybrid remote work role, primarily based in the United States, offering the flexibility to work from home and collaborate with our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish arm's length-based content pricing and prepare quarterly close and financial planning deliverables for scripted and unscripted content certified by arenaflex's direct-to-consumer services globally.
• Consolidate quarterly regional content valuation submissions and identify key variance drivers, distilling effects into actionable insights for senior management.
• Assist in preparing long-range and budget planning deliverables, as needed, and partner with finance stakeholders to identify and improve process efficiencies and best practices.
• Curate and synthesize large amounts of data to draw conclusions and make recommendations, resulting in actionable insights that inform business decisions.
• Maintain and update content performance metrics, including Nielsen ratings, critical review scores, and industry awards, for network and cable primetime applications.
• Participate in various ad-hoc projects to introduce you to new concepts and enhance your understanding of key principles across the spectrum of content distribution and licensing.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 3+ years of recent experience in financial analysis, finance, and/or 2+ years from a Big Four CPA company.
• A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to work with large data sets and analytical tools, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to scope, identify, and execute value-added procedures and process upgrades.
• Strong project management skills, with the capacity to track and establish goals, manage multiple priorities, and pivot quickly based on the immediate needs of the business.
• Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and partners across all levels of management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong financial modeling skills required.
• Required understanding and application of pivot tables and advanced Excel formulas, such as INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, VSTACK, and nested IF statements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for the entertainment industry and television programming, with content licensing experience being a plus.
