Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to clients on inbound calls, following our Client First philosophy
- Communicate with card members to understand their needs and design novel solutions to every client, supporting the benefits of card membership
- Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
- Address general and account-specific client requests, providing clear and concise information and updating client account data as necessary
- Utilize tools and resources to identify customized solutions and anticipate client needs, in line with our commitment to keeping in touch with our clients
- Meet and exceed performance objectives, including client survey results, sales rates, quality objectives, compliance standards, and productivity targets
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support and consultative sales environment (2 years+), with a strong track record of building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
- Integrity in managing sensitive card member data and complying with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices
- Passion for consultative sales, recommending products or solutions tailored to every client
- Flexibility to efficiently manage a constant flow of client calls, while balancing performance to meet various metrics, managing through change, and staying positive in challenging situations
- Ability to adapt communication style to a wide range of personalities and situations
- Commitment to implementing feedback as a means to achieve individual and team performance objectives
- Technical proficiency to multitask and navigate through computer systems and applications with speed and accuracy
- Reliability and punctuality, as it is essential to be working on time and adhere to your schedule every day
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Additional requirements:
- Flexibility to work anytime between 6:00 am-2:00 am, including weekends
- Workplace flexibility: full-time, with shift flexibility requirements
