About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote and seasonal basis. Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and emails from customers, providing excellent customer service and support
- Assist customers with placing orders, checking on existing orders, and troubleshooting issues
- Navigate our websites and internal systems to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Work with customers to find the right solutions for their yards and gardens, spreading the power of Meadowscaping and driving financial success for the company
- Participate in call and email quality reviews to continuously improve customer service skills
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for gardening and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate internal systems and websites
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
