As a Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of our equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. Key Responsibilities

• Process the release of Performance reputed company Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching reputed company awards
• Review equity transaction activity, including transactions reputed company to stock reputed company exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and reputed company purchase, release, settlement, and reporting

• Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant method and stock purchase plan enrollment activities

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
