About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Launch Customer Solution Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Product Launch team, you will serve as the primary link between our Engineering & Product Development and Operations teams during the rollout of new automation solutions into live Fulfillment and Transportation Centers. Your expertise in leading large-scale technical programs, coupled with your passion for customer engagement and problem-solving, will enable you to drive the successful launch and adoption of new technologies, while ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document product launch strategies for new technologies, working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Own the end-to-end product launch plan, tracking deliverables, milestones, and risks, and coordinating stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful launch readiness
- Establish and manage partnerships with operations leadership at our test sites, identifying requirements and capturing "voice of the customer" product/service feedback to influence product design and development priorities
- Coach site leaders on arenaflex best practices and robotics systems and tools, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to succeed
- Travel up to 35% of the time to Fulfillment and Transportation Centers, working closely with our customers to drive adoption and ensure successful launch outcomes
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. Some of the essential qualifications we are looking for include:
- 3+ years of experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs, with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, and successful program completion
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or equivalent
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams, with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
- PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company, offering a range of benefits and perks, including equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
