Job Summary

We are expanding our team of remote Spanish bilingual automotive customer service advisors and invite you to join our ranks. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls within established quality standards, ensuring prompt and professional service
  • Capture prospect information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, and product interests, to facilitate effective follow-up and support
  • Provide detailed product information, answering questions about our clients' brands, current models, and performance capabilities
  • Define consumer needs by asking relevant questions, selecting fulfillment items, and completing price and equipment statements
  • Locate dealers following standard dealerization rules and categorize callers to offer appropriate touchpoints, such as warm transfers to dealers
  • Assist customers with website navigation, provide goodwill, and escalate outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Communicate effectively in written form (email or text chat) with customers regarding products and programs supported by our clients
  • Conduct CRM outbound follow-up calls to ensure receipt of fulfillment items and address additional questions or concerns
  • Invite customers to attend events, as required, and follow critical elements of our call and file handling process
  • Stay up-to-date with center procedures, product information, and online resource tools to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma, with at least six months of customer service experience preferred
  • Courteous and strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to learn, including strong problem-solving skills, and dependability with proficient attention to detail
  • A passion for helping others, with empathy, integrity, and a unique compassionate style
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

Preferred Qualifications
