About the Role
As a Senior Customer Service Coordinator - Collections at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our customers. You will be the voice of our company, and we'll champion you to be the best you can be. Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for our customers, problem solve, and own issue resolution in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Handle complaints and/or escalated situations, and de-escalate complex issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Investigate customer concerns, help create and implement process improvements, and report trending customer issues.
- Support other customer service advocates, provide guidance and feedback, and ensure that customers receive the best possible experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional listening, questioning, call control, and de-escalation techniques to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working in the financial or credit card industry.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a call center.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you will need to have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. You will also need to have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot, and a private network that is password protected. Your internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP), and your ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred.
