**Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions**
As a Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and scheduling support to our clients' customers
* Making a great first impression on the phone and in person
* Fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, winning their trust and confidence
* Determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately using active listening skills
* Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs

**Required Qualifications**
