**Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative (REMOTE) - Prior Authorization and Patient Intake Specialist**

**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Employer Solutions Call Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring successful outcomes and resolutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming phone lines and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Follow established guidelines and quality programs to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of patient concerns
* Utilize DE and all applicable systems to procure needed program details and communicate accurate information to patients
* Maintain call talk times while applying all file facts and following required call scripts
* Process incoming Level 1 documents and ensure accurate and timely processing
* Meet or exceed quality performance standards and processing goals
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex patient issues and ensure seamless communication
**Work Conditions and Physical Demands**
* Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment with occasional extended hours based on special business needs
* Ability to communicate and exchange information with patients and healthcare professionals
* Ability to comprehend and interpret documents and data
* Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone, and double monitors
**Minimum Education and Experience**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 2+ years of call center experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Ability to function between two departments and handle incoming calls with ease
**Additional Skills and Qualifications**
* IDEAL Candidate has 6 months to 1 year of call center experience with a strong focus on customer service ($16/hr)
* Open to candidates with strong customer service (retail/restaurant) experience with good tenure and interest in getting into call center ($15/hr)

**Pay and Benefits**
* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
