We also offer comprehensive training and career development opportunities to help our team members grow and succeed. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing top-notch service to every customer, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded * Cross-selling items to complement the customer's purchase and highlighting current marketing promotions * Maintaining a clean store environment, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping * Stocking shelves and coolers and assisting with receiving deliveries to the store * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications:** * A can-do attitude and customer service-driven personality * 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience, with cash handling experience a plus * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Results-driven individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment * Ability to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales goals and improving customer satisfaction * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and succeed.
