**Earnings Potential**
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. With a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes, you'll be able to earn a competitive income while working from home.
**Schedule**
Our flexible schedule opportunities allow you to create your own schedule, working between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday. Whether you prefer to work a traditional 9-to-5 schedule or have a more non-traditional approach, we'll work with you to find a schedule that suits your needs.
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software**: Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software is essential, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and more.
* **Bookkeeping/accounting expertise**: A strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
* **Customer service experience**: Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment.
* **Comfort with cross-selling**: Ability to cross-sell relevant products while addressing customer concerns.
* **Strong ownership**: Ownership of customer issues, taking control of the situation and providing confident resolutions.
* **Tech savvy**: Proficiency with computers and software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* **Communication skills**: Friendly tone and professional demeanor when communicating with customers.

**Important Information**
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll need to:
* **Live and work in the United States**: Except for California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, where we are currently unable to work with contractors.
* **Pass a criminal background check**: A successful background check is required for this role.
* **Agree to contractual terms**: As an independent contractor, you'll need to agree to the terms of our contract, including no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

This is a contract role, with a competitive hourly rate of $15.30 - $20.40 per hour.
