**Job Description Overview**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* Provide service to patients in a professional manner, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
* Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear and concise information about their accounts and billing.
* Learn and understand the operation of our ETM software, as well as billing and account operations.
* Answer and document all telephone inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
* Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating their insurance coverage as needed.
* Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information.
* Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed.
* Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management.
**Qualifications / Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong communication skills (oral and written) required, with the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
* Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment.
* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in retail and restaurant service is strongly encouraged, as it demonstrates a strong customer service background.
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is also beneficial.
