**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team for a 12-month contract. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone and email interactions, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:
* Calling and emailing clients to provide updates on their orders and resolve any issues that may arise
* Working from a set list of priority orders to contact and update clients on the status of their orders
* Utilizing internal systems to track and notate work and updates to clients
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to customers
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and outcomes
**Required Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
* Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
* Current authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis, with no restrictions on future work authorization
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:
* Experience working in a similar customer care role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
