Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

• Fashion and deliver a unique and beautiful purchaser experience, ensuring that customers receive courteous, truthful, pleasant, and efficient service.
• Register sales on assigned coins register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested; process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Engage customers and patients through greeting them and providing assistance with products and services; resolve customer issues and answer inquiries to ensure a tremendous customer experience.
• Maintain counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records; test in and price products as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by shift leader.
• Implement company asset protection strategies to recognize and reduce revenue loss; ensure compliance with country and local laws concerning regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise; complete resets and revisions as directed.
• Assist with separation of food items and product placement as unique using policies/approaches; provide customer support within the photo location, including virtual passport photo service, poster print, and innovative machine.
• Assume net pick-up responsibilities, monitor orders in photo care plus, fill orders, and provide orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
• Assist with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, and orderly store conditions and appearance.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Choose six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with arenaflex.
