As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping arenaflex achieve its goals by analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. **Responsibilities** As a Data Analyst at arenaflex's Transportation Analytics crew, you will be responsible for: * Working with large, messy, disparate datasets and performing ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions * Creating ETLs or scripts that pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table * Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges * Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups on a periodic basis to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs * Partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems * Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting (screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition) * Documenting your methods and sharing your expertise with colleagues * Mentoring colleagues as you become a Subject Matter Expert **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manage data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience) * Creativity with a user experience basis to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience) * Business operations fluency, with the ability to recognize and root out business problems (a Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience) * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau * Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations * Experience with Python or other scripting languages * Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc. **Benefits** As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you can expect: * A competitive salary range of $20-30/hour * A comprehensive benefits package, including incentive awards for performance, 401(k) match, inventory buy plan, paid maternity and parental leave, PTO, and multiple fitness plans * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis, we encourage you to apply for the Data Analyst position at arenaflex's Transportation Analytics crew.
