As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating intake calls and requests from our flagship customers, providing best-in-class support and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

**The Role**
As a CSA at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for creating a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Facilitating intake calls and requests from our flagship customers
* Achieving satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
* Providing exceptional client service experiences
* Logging and tracking both calls and requests while servicing clients
* Addressing opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* A flexible schedule, with the ability to work hours between 8AM-12AM EST Monday - Friday, and on weekends
* Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
* Experience with call center software and scheduling tools
* Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment
* High level of organization and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls
* Reliability and team-oriented approach
* High school diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we'll give you bonus points if you have:
* Bilingual skills (preferably in a non-Spanish language)
* Experience in the language/translation industry
