**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, including:
* Providing enthusiastic and professional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
* Handling escalated issues with compassion and dedication, working closely with other departments to ensure the best possible resolution
* Managing multiple software programs and communicating effectively with internal and external customers
* Maintaining and promoting excellent client relations through prompt, efficient, and accurate responses to email and phone communications

**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
* Two years of customer service experience preferred
* Knowledge of payments industry a plus
* Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
