As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, navigating our account management systems, and contributing to the improvement of our customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organization, develop your skills, and make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary duties will include: * **Customer Service and Claim Intake**: Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries, collecting and documenting claim details, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. * **Positive Customer Experience**: Offer empathy and support to customers during the claim process, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience. * **Technical Expertise**: Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries, adhering to clients-specific handling instructions. * **Punctuality and Reliability**: Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations, adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage. **Required Skills and Abilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Language Skills**: Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence, and provide feedback verbally and written in a positive, professional manner. * **Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred**: While not required, proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset in our multilingual environment. * **Computer Skills**: Familiarity with basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type at least 40wpm. * **Network Requirements**: A stable internet connection, a private network, and a computer that meets our minimum requirements (see below). **Education and Experience** We're looking for candidates with: * **High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)**: A minimum educational requirement for this role. * **1-2 Years of Quality Assurance Experience**: While not essential, prior experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred. **Network Requirements** To ensure a seamless and secure remote work experience, we require: * **Speed Test**: Upon hire, a Speed Test must be run from the computer you'll be working from (www.speedtest.net). * **Ethernet Connection**: Not required, but strongly recommended for optimal performance. * **Private Network**: You must be working from a private network, not a public location. * **No VPNs**: Logins must happen in the US, and VPNs are not allowed. **Benefits and Compensation** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * **Competitive Compensation**: A fair and competitive salary for your part-time commitment. * **Ancillary Benefits**: Eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment, including dental, accident insurance, critical illness, dependent care, FSA (Flex Savings Account), and SavvyFi- College Savings. * **401K**: Eligible after 6 months of employment. * **PTO**: Eligible after 90 days of employment. * **Employee Assistance Program**: Access to confidential support and resources. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a part-time opportunity with a dynamic organization, we encourage you to apply.
