**Responsibilities**
As a Dental Lab Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our dental clients, providing exceptional support and resolving complex case issues with empathy and tact. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Client Communication**: Engage with dental practices directly via phone, email, and chat to understand their key concerns and provide clear explanations to team members as needed.
* **Problem-Solving**: Collaborate with team members to resolve clients' clinical case issues, concisely relay solutions to clients, and ensure seamless communication among multiple stakeholders.
* **Case Management**: Manage clients' cases, facilitating communication among multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* **Reference Materials**: Quickly access reference materials to analyze and determine appropriate responses to phone and email inquiries.
* **Documentation**: Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* **Administrative Support**: Perform administrative tasks in the billing and administrative departments to develop a holistic view of the business.
* **Technology Training**: Learn in-depth how to operate the technology that's changing dentistry and apply this knowledge to provide solutions to clients' problems.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant** (preferably Lead Assistant or EDDA)
* **Strong Customer Service Attitude**: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, rooted in empathy and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
* **Attention to Detail**: Be extremely detail-oriented and organized, able to meet multiple deadlines and work on multiple customer service cases simultaneously.
* **Communication Skills**: Ability to understand clients' key concerns, ask follow-up questions, and record and relay detailed information internally to team members and externally to clients.
* **Stakeholder Coordination**: Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and perform in a fast-moving work environment.
* **Technical Knowledge**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
* **Home Office Environment**: A secure home office environment that's free from background noise and distractions is necessary.
