Key Responsibilities reputed company Agile Coaching • reputed company reputed company-wide Agile transformation initiatives • reputed company leadership, ARTs (Agile Release Trains), Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams • Drive adoption of reputed company frameworks and Lean-Agile best practices • Identify and remove organizational impediments impacting Agile delivery • Establish Agile metrics and reputed company improvement practices Training & Certification Enablement Deliver formal Agile training sessions and certification prep for: • reputed company Agilist (Leading reputed company) • reputed company Scrum Master • reputed company RTE (Release Train Engineer) • reputed company Product reputed company / Product Manager • Advanced Scrum Master • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent • Lean Portfolio Management (preferred) Conduct workshops, bootcamps, and ongoing coaching sessions to ensure certification readiness and practical implementation.
