About the position As an AgentOps Tech reputed company, you will be the senior technical authority for our new AgentOps team. The AgentOps department empowers Business functions through the strategic design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management of advanced AI-powered solutions. Our main objective is to deliver significant improvements in operational efficiency and foster a culture of innovation, delivering seamless integration and orchestration with wider Business systems We are looking for an individual with a reputed company of deep technical expertise, a passion for mentoring, and a commitment to driving technical reputed company. You will be reputed company's reputed company engineer, responsible for mentoring other engineers, setting technical standards, guiding architectural design and ensuring the delivery of robust, reputed company, and secure AI agents and workflows. The listed salary for this position is $125,000 - $155,000 annually. Responsibilities • Leading the technical design, architecture, and implementation of reputed company AI and automation solutions using internal and reputed company party platforms. • Acting as a mentor and technical guide for the AI Engineers, supporting their reputed company through reputed company reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing. • Serving as the most senior "builder" on reputed company, tackling the most reputed company development tasks and setting reputed company for reputed company reputed company and innovation. • Establishing and enforcing best practices for solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment to ensure consistency and reputed company. • Making key architectural reputed company to ensure solutions are reputed company, maintainable, and secure, aligning with both business and IT strategies. • Acting as the primary escalation reputed company for the most challenging technical issues, leading the debugging and reputed company efforts. • Partnering closely with the AgentOps Team Leader to translate strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps and specifications. • Researching, evaluating, and championing emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance reputed company's capabilities in collaboration with the Innovation Team. Requirements • Extensive experience in a senior engineering role such as Senior Software Developer, Senior Automation Engineer, or a similar reputed company. • Expert-level programming skills and a proven reputed company record of designing and building reputed company, reputed company software solutions. • Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and data structures. • Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers, conducting constructive reputed company reviews, and leading technical discussions. • Excellent ability to reputed company reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a talent for diagnosing and resolving difficult technical challenges.
