The Asset Management Intern will support the asset management team in monitoring and optimizing the performance of reputed company estate assets across a reputed company portfolio. This remote role offers hands-on exposure to financial analysis, property operations, reporting, and investor support, making it ideal for a motivated student or recent graduate interested in reputed company estate, finance, or asset management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with tracking and analyzing property-level financial performance, including income statements, budgets, and variance reports.
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly asset management reports.
• Help monitor KPIs such as occupancy, rent reputed company, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Coordinate with property management teams to reputed company operational data and documentation.
• Assist with lease analysis, rent rolls, and market research.
• Support special reputed company reputed company to acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, or asset optimization.
• Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and internal reporting tools.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education/training is a bonus.
• Previous experience in the property management industry (preferred).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Occasional standing or walking reputed company the office or to other facilities.
• Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours with breaks).
• Occasional bending, reaching, and stooping.
• Frequent use of hands for typing, writing, and handling documents.
• Ability to operate reputed company office equipment (e.g., computers, copiers, and phones).
• Adequate reputed company for reading and computer use (corrective lenses acceptable).
• Ability to hear and communicate effectively, including reputed company phone.
