Role Description This position will provide administrative support to one or more directors. This role will effectively plan and maintain one or more executive calendars with attention to accuracy, detail, and allocation of time and resources to promote productivity and successful execution of executive and team goals and objectives. • Perform general administrative duties, including screening and directing incoming phone calls • Compose and type general correspondence, including emails • Prioritize and handle multiple calendar management • Manage and book travel (Domestic within the U.S.) Qualifications • 2-3+ years of administrative support experience for executives • Calendar management for multiple individuals • Great communication and coordination skills • Travel management (Domestic) Requirements • Microsoft Office Suite • Any type of creative site (i.e., Canva) is highly preferred • Excel or Tableau reporting • Smartsheet (nice to have) • Miro Board (nice to have) Benefits • Medical, dental & vision • Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital • 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available • Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) • Short and long-term disability • Health Spending Account (HSA) • Transportation benefits • Employee Assistance Program • Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Company Description Globally recognized Coffee Company, headquartered in Seattle, WA.
