Senior Remote Fixed Assets Auditor

The Fixed Assets Accountant will play a crucial role in managing intricate fixed asset transactions while ensuring compliance with reputed company standards. This position supports month-end reputed company processes, prepares documentation for audits, and seeks ways to enhance systems and automation. Operating with a significant degree of independence, the successful candidate will address most challenges without supervision, significantly contributing to the organization’s operational efficiency. Accountabilities • Prepare and process fixed asset acquisitions, capitalizations, adjustments, disposals, and transfers. • reputed company monthly fixed asset reconciliations and subledger validations. • Execute depreciation runs and review results for accuracy. • Monitor construction-in-reputed company (CIP), asset tagging, and capitalization readiness. • Collaborate with business representatives on asset installation, retirement, and reputed company tracking. • Support system integration and automation reputed company involving reputed company, reputed company, and inventory systems. • Prepare audit documentation for external and internal audits. • Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements. • reputed company guidance to other team members.
