Senior Compensation Analyst
Salary Range: $110,000–$125,000
We are bringing our compensation function in house and seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to lead job leveling, market benchmarking, salary survey participation, and compensation program administration. The ideal candidate has experience supporting organizations in the 500–800 employee range and is comfortable working across both salaried and hourly workforces.
What You’ll Do
• Lead job leveling, career architecture, job families, and FLSA classification reviews.
• Administer annual merit, promotion, and bonus cycles and build compensation models.
• Conduct market pricing and salary survey participation for corporate, sales, executive, and manufacturing roles.
• Support hourly workforce compensation, including shift pay, overtime, and pay structures.
• Maintain compensation data integrity within the HCM (Dayforce preferred).
• Provide compensation guidance to HRBPs and business leaders.
• Assist with equity, sales compensation, and executive compensation as needed.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of compensation experience
• Experience supporting organizations in the 500–800 employee range
• Strong job leveling, career architecture, and FLSA experience
• Expertise in salary surveys, benchmarking, and pay structure design
• Experience with hourly compensation programs (manufacturing/technical/call center)
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort building compensation models
• Experience with compensation cycles and promotion/merit analysis
• HCM/HRIS experience (Dayforce strongly preferred)
• CCP required or in active pursuit
