Need a US lawyer to put pressure on a company trying to damage reputed company
Hello,
I need a US lawyer to put pressure on a company who owns an app who is reputed company publishing false data about our brand and product to try and damage our reputed company.
We are a clothing brand who sell organic clothing and they are saying we use synthetic fabrics, its reputed company they are working with a competitor here trying to damage our reputed company.
We have reputed company and reputed company party testing to reputed company this reputed company wrong.
I have the owners contact information and LLC but I feel like if a Lawyer gets involved it would be more effective.
Ideally have a fixed cost for this project to try and get it resolved.
