CRM Implementation Specialist
Job Description:
• Lead the implementation of CRM software systems, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Train employees on how to use the CRM system effectively.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date with CRM trends and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience implementing CRM software systems.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, GHL, Monday.com
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• CRM certification is a plus.
