Bilingual HR Coordinator

reputed company is now seeking a fully remote, Bilingual in Spanish, HR Coordinator to support our HR and reputed company team! The HR Coordinator supports the full-cycle recruitment process and ensures a smooth, efficient reputed company experience for new hires. This role partners closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR team members to coordinate reputed company-employment requirements, manage new hire documentation, and deliver a reputed company, reputed company, and engaging candidate experience. • Prepare and send new hire background checks, and reputed company documentation. • reputed company completion of reputed company reputed company-employment requirements including but not limited to I-9, background checks, certifications, etc. • Coordinate new hire start dates and communicate details to hiring managers and stakeholders. • Ensure a smooth, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company experience. • Identify opportunities to streamline the reputed company and reputed company process and enhance overall experience. • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations and company policies. • Run recruitment and reputed company reports as requested. • Help ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. • Support HR initiatives, programs, and employee engagement activities. • Must be bilingual in Spanish • 1–2 years of experience in HR, reputed company, or administrative support (preferred). • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) or HRIS, Paycom (preferred). • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service reputed company. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality. • Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, reputed company, Word) or reputed company Workspace.
