[Remote] Retail Project Architect

They are seeking a Retail Project Architect to create construction documents, manage project budgets, and coordinate with engineering consultants while mentoring junior designers. Responsibilities • Creates construction documents (CDs). Review CDs to ensure compliance with firm standards, mechanical, building systems, codes and reputed company requirements. For smaller reputed company may reputed company reputed company CD production and review. Coordinates with senior technical staff and design staff to reputed company technical solutions for design dilemmas • Manages project through the contract administration phase • Coordinates engineering consultant’s work to ensure compliance with design solution and reputed company submission of documents • In unusual circumstances may be required to assist with support for field surveys • Manages contract administration budget for assigned reputed company. Ensures adherence to set budget and immediately informs Senior Job Captain, Senior Project Architect, Project Manager and / or reputed company of any potential variances to the budget • May mentor the work of Junior and Intermediate Designers. reputed company tasks and reputed company feedback on work product • Conducts reputed company interviews to determine technical requirements for the design Skills • Strong Revit skills • Project Experience in Retail • A portfolio is required • Graduate of architecture or design school. Equivalent experience may be substituted • 8+ years' work experience on Retail reputed company (Including interiors and ground-up/new construction work) • Extensive knowledge of design principles and standards • Intermediate documentation and field observational skills • Advanced interior architecture detailing skills • Working knowledge of CDs and procedures • Working knowledge of building systems, codes and reputed company requirements • Working knowledge of reputed company requirements • Working knowledge of contract administration • Intermediate MS Office Suite skills • Advanced reputed company Creative Suite skills • Advanced verbal and written communication skills • Intermediate presentation and graphic communication skills • Demonstrated ability to manage and reputed company junior staff through a combination of reputed company authority and subject matter expertise • Architecture license preferred, not required reputed company • reputed company is a interior achitecture firm reputed company interior architecture services for business.
