Experienced Sales Closer for Online Real Estate Marketing Business

Hourly Wage + BIG BONUS Opportunity! VirtualTourCafe is a professional real estate photography and an online real estate marketing company. We are looking for a remote salesperson with a great personality, happy, friendly, confident and well organized to call on real estate associations and broker offices. VirtualTourCafe offers real estate associations and large broker offices an automated SaaS site-license to automate the process of creating property websites/virtual tours, flyers and videos to help the real estate agent market their listings, all done automagically! Our clients LOVE our marketing tools and it truly helps them be more successful! Do you like people, talking to people, helping people be more successful? This position requires cold calling and the ability to get to the right decision maker in real estate associations and broker offices (25 or more members). You will be calling office managers/owners and real estate executives at large real estate associations and brokerages to let them know about our service and to get them to schedule a live demo by our CEO who will walk them through our services and answer any questions. Requirements: - MUST have sales and telephone sales experience. - MUST have customer oriented, can-do attitude with a friendly, happy, warm personality! A smile that comes through the phone! - MUST be independent worker and self-driven to succeed and help others succeed! - MUST be familiar with AI tools like Chatgpt to develop your own list of clients (brokers and associations) to call and/or email and keep accurate records of who and when you called and the results. - MUST have excellent written and verbal communication skills. - MUST have excellent organizational and follow-up skills. - MUST be a people-person and have a great friendly, happy, positive attitude!! - MUST have newer, reliable, PC compatible computer with reliable high-speed internet connection. - MUST be very computer proficient, - HELPFUL but not required to have a real estate background or at least an understanding of the real estate industry. Your earnings are only limited by your ability to succeed! Your pay will include a base hourly wage (you must submit detailed weekly reports) along with a bonus for each appointment set plus a BIG BONUS, potentially in the thousands of dollars for every new client!
