[Remote] Remote Client Success Assistant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Triptastic Adventures is expanding their remote support team and is seeking client-centered individuals who enjoy helping others. The Client Success Assistant will support clients by coordinating reservations and related services while ensuring clear communication and organization in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist clients with organizing and coordinating personalized plans
• Research, compare, and confirm reservation options
• Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Manage updates, changes, and service-related concerns
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Participate in training and team meetings
Skills
• Legal eligibility to work (US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain)
• Strong English communication skills
• Reliable internet and smartphone (computer is also recommended)
• Organizational and customer service skills
