Level of Engagement & Ownership • Engagement level must be comparable to a U.S.-based associate or senior paralegal. • Passive task execution is unacceptable. The firm expects: o Anticipation of next steps o Proactive issue spotting o Follow-through without reminders • Fellows are expected to own reputed company, not merely complete assignments. 3.
