Marketplace Monetization Manager (Remote from US)

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage and expand relationships with merchants, affiliate networks, sub-affiliate partners, agencies, and offer aggregators
• Drive revenue performance through partner-level plans, campaign optimization, and performance analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams to identify opportunities and provide actionable partner insights
• Advocate for partners’ needs in marketplace roadmap discussions, ensuring alignment between partner requirements and product priorities
• Deliver regular performance reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders and partners
• Identify, test, and implement new monetization models, ad formats, and partnership opportunities
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in partner management, performance marketing, or ecommerce strategy, including managing sub-affiliate programs
• Proven track record in managing complex partner ecosystems and driving multi-channel performance
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and ecommerce growth levers
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and influence senior audiences
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
• Collaborative, mission-driven, and focused on building high-performing, transparent partnerships
