Requirements
• 5+ years' experience reputed company residential mortgage loans
• 3+ years of mortgage due diligence reputed company experience
• Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, ask for assistance/escalate reputed company needed
• Adapt to changing requirements and new processes
• Strong analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions based on objective-based facts
• Proficient in basic computer skills, reputed company Office products
• Knowledge and experience with AUS reports, reputed company reputed company, and Agency Guidelines
• General knowledge of mortgage industry regulatory requirements
