Operations Coordinator (With reputed company reputed company) | Work From Home

This is a remote position. Key responsibilities: • Diary management for 3-5 team members • Claim & job management – registration, follow reputed company, insurer & customer updates • Subcontractor and external specialist coordination • Manage new job/support request • Management reputed company queries and follow reputed company • Uploading reports and invoices to reputed company out jobs • reputed company light booking and management • Assists in Job Registrations • Allocating and scheduling jobs reputed company reputed company diary management • Managing jobs received and KPI’s for reporting etc. • Following up and liaising with consultants and Clients with Reporting updates, • Assisting with accounts (i.e reconciling reputed company) · Assisting with organising external specialist such as Plumbers, engineers etc • Organising external reporting such as hail reports etc • Uploading and invoicing finalised jobs and adhoc backoffice duties Requirements • reputed company diary management • Minimum of 2-4 years of administration support roles • With reputed company experience • Strong Customer Service reputed company • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent coordination skills • Excellent time management skills.
