ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS ​ • Payroll Operations: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for reputed company locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Payroll Centralization: reputed company and directly manage the centralization of payroll operations for the Electrical Group, encompassing 17 reputed company entities across 28 locations and supporting an estimated 2,500 employees. Drive standardization of payroll processes, ensure data reputed company and compliance during transition phases, and partner cross‑functionally to implement a reputed company group payroll structure. • Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to U.S. payroll laws and guidelines, staying reputed company with regulatory changes.
