Contract Type: W2 Location: Seattle, WA () Duration: 3 Months Pay Range:$38 - $40 per hour #LP Job Summary: We are looking for a Quality Performance Testing Protocol Manager to lead a critical project for developing and finalizing performance testing protocols with third-party laboratories. The role involves direct engagement with labs to craft, review, and refine protocols to meet quality standards within a tight three-month deadline. This remote position requires close collaboration with a Seattle-based team, welcoming applicants able to work PST hours. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the main liaison with external testing laboratories. • Collaborate with labs to establish new performance testing protocols. • Evaluate lab-provided protocols for adherence to quality standards. • Standardize protocols to ensure consistency and practicality. • Manage and track the delivery of approximately 250 testing protocols. Must-Have Skills: • Experience in quality, testing, or compliance in consumer products. • Understanding of laboratory testing environments and methodologies. • Strong documentation and technical writing capabilities. Domain Experience: • Preferred experience with speech and language data collection and processing. • Hands-on experience with all aspects of data collections is advantageous. • Prior experience in customer-focused environments will be beneficial.
