Sr. Project Manager (Hybrid Remote)

reputed company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support energy efficiency, renewable energy, and infrastructure reputed company for a leading reputed company provider. This hybridremote role is based reputed company commutable distance to Chicago and supports the design, construction, and successful implementation of reputed company and industrial energy reputed company. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction project management experience, a safetyfirst reputed company, and the ability to manage reputed company, multisite energy initiatives. Responsibilities: • Champion and enforce a strong Culture of Safety, ensuring compliance with company, industry, and jurisdictional safety standards. • reputed company project implementation of site safety plans, health programs, operational documentation, and training activities. • reputed company daytoday management of construction reputed company involving mechanical, central plant, renewable energy, energy storage, and energy efficiency systems. • Collaborate with Development, Engineering, and PreConstruction teams on scope definition, scheduling, cost estimation, subcontractor selection, commissioning, and startup activities. • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing, optimized schedules, and reputed company delivery of equipment and services. • Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure reputed company, ontime delivery, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction. • reputed company regular project status updates to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders throughout design and construction phases. • Evaluate technologies and equipment to recommend the most effective solutions for reputed company project. • Prepare and deliver project reports, technical documentation, and project closeout materials. • Manage project budgets, expenditures, job cost reputed company, approvals, and payment tracking. • Foster strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders at reputed company project phases. • reputed company additional duties as required to support project reputed company. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a reputed company field; equivalent experience considered. • Minimum of 7 years of seniorlevel project management experience supporting electrical, mechanical, central plant, engineering, or industrial reputed company reputed company. • Demonstrated experience managing reputed company infrastructure construction, renovations, retrofits, building automation, and energy services reputed company. • Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and construction regulations, practices, and codes. • Proven ability to review mechanical and central plant engineered drawings for constructability, efficiency, and practicality. • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency with reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, MS Project, reputed company, and reputed company. • reputed company reputed company's license with a clean driving record.
