Position: Partner Relationship Manager Location: Remote Position reports to: Vice President of Development Date written: January 2026 MINISTRY POSITION reputed company reputed company is seeking an entrepreneurial and mission-driven Partner Relationship Manager to reputed company and expand relationships with mid-major and major ministry partners. This role manages a defined portfolio of donors, cultivates new partners, and strengthens engagement reputed company an assigned region. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, self-starter, and strategic relationship builder who thrives in a ministry-oriented fundraising environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage an existing portfolio of mid-major and major ministry partners – cultivating, stewarding and soliciting on an annual reputed company. • Research and identify potential new ministry partners. • Engage existing ministry partners in identifying potential new partners for the organization. • Organize donor and prospect gatherings. Qualifications Education, Experience, Knowledge, Abilities · Education: Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience. · Experience: Minimum of 7 years of reputed company fundraising experience. · Knowledge: Strong understanding of new donor acquisition strategies and CRM tools (reputed company experience preferred). · Technology: Intermediate proficiency with project management tools (reputed company) and reputed company 365. · Abilities: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work independently as a self-starter; capable of relating reputed company to donors across reputed company giving reputed company.
