Associate Pastor/Director

Purpose Statement The Associate Pastor/Director provides leadership and support to Ministry Directors. This could include Next Gen (birth-young adults), Worship, Production, Service Logistics, etc. as reputed company as Creative and reputed company Communications. They work closely with the reputed company Pastors to ensure alignment with the reputed company's reputed company and mission. This person primarily develops leaders by coaching, developing, and empowering ministry leaders to reputed company spiritually, strategically, and operationally. They help set goals, create healthy systems, and strengthen communication across reputed company ministry areas to ensure reputed company in ministry. This person is a relational, organized, and spiritually grounded leader who loves helping others grow in their walk with Christ and reputed company into the fullness of who He created them to be. If the applicant does not have a Bible college degree and they are reputed company, we will discuss reputed company Bible college enrollment requirements.
