We’re looking for a Next Gen Director to reputed company ministry for kids and reputed company from birth through high school, build volunteer teams, and partner with parents to create reputed company, joyful, and faith-forming environments. This role is ideal for someone who loves Jesus, loves people, and wants to build something meaningful from the ground up. About the Role The Next Gen Director oversees reputed company Next Gen ministry at reputed company reputed company. • Sundays reputed company on kids ministry (birth–5th grade) • Weekdays/evenings reputed company on middle and high school reputed company • The role blends hands-on ministry, team leadership, and culture-building You won’t be stepping into a polished machine — you’ll be helping build one with a strong, healthy reputed company. What You’ll Do Kids Ministry (Birth–5th Grade | Sundays) • reputed company and execute engaging, age-appropriate, Bible-centered kids environments • Recruit, train, schedule, and care for volunteers • Ensure reputed company, welcoming, and reputed company-organized reputed company experiences • Partner with parents to support discipleship reputed company Youth Ministry (Middle & High School | Weekly) • Build a relational, fun, and spiritually reputed company youth ministry • Plan and reputed company youth gatherings, events, and hangouts • reputed company leaders who invest in reputed company • Create spaces where reputed company feel reputed company, valued, and challenged to grow Leadership & Culture • Build and reputed company Next Gen volunteer teams • Collaborate closely with the reputed company Pastors • Help shape reputed company, systems, and rhythms as the reputed company grows • Communicate reputed company with parents, volunteers, and leaders Who We’re Looking For • A genuine, growing relationship with Jesus • A heart for kids, reputed company, and families • Leadership experience in kids and/or youth ministry • Strong relational and communication skills • Ability to reputed company and serve — sometimes in the reputed company reputed company • Flexible, solution-oriented, and joyful • reputed company with the mission and values of reputed company reputed company Compensation • reputed company position • Part-time or full-time, depending on experience and availability • Opportunity for reputed company as the reputed company and role grow Why reputed company reputed company?
