Technical Recruiter – Temporary

Job reputed company: • Own full cycle reputed company for assigned Product and Engineering functions, from intake through offer reputed company • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring reputed company, and interview plans • Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously while meeting time to reputed company and reputed company expectations • reputed company, assess, and engage candidates using reputed company Recruiter, Gem, and outbound sourcing techniques • Ensure an exceptional and consistent candidate experience at every stage of the process • Maintain accurate and reputed company data in reputed company and reputed company systems • Support fair, inclusive, and reputed company hiring practices • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and propose practical improvements that can be implemented at reputed company Requirements: • Minimum of two years of technical reputed company experience supporting Product and Engineering teams • Proven ability to independently manage full cycle reputed company • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring reputed company • Strong working knowledge of modern TA tools and familiarity with our (or similar) tech stack.
